fiascolondonlogo smallHello all. I hope you are enjoying a fantastic October, the beginning the winter! With Halloween round the corner, there are plenty of good nights going on this year, with Bugged Out and Mulletover exhibiting an awesome line up amongst others. At Fiasco we have been busy planning our main Leatherhead release in early 2010, with a further two single releases throughout the year.  Another exciting prospect for LH, will be the launch of Leatherhead Live – brace yourselves for this one, its going to be a frenzy of drumming, scratching, all culminating in a live performance like no other. Also catch them DJ with Fatboy Slim at Matter in the O2 on Dec 4th, and at the warehouse project the week before.. Leatherhead will also be filling the gaps with a whole bunch of remixes for other acts, including a sneak preview of one for Burn the Negative, called Only for tonight, which you can hear on www.myspace.com/leatherheadmusic Coming up this year, we are planning our next Fiasco Party.  This event will be mid december with the date and venue still to be announced.  You can expect another night of themed fun.

Here at Fiasco London, we are always on the look out for up and coming music, so please do send your tracks through to us. Fiasco party review

// April 28th, 2009 // No Comments » // Fiasco

Greetings all, and thanks to those who made it down to Fiasco’s Snowbombing afterparty on friday 24th April at Area club in London..  The night was an amazing success.  Amazing outfits, there were plenty of ski hats and goggles.. 8 DJs graced the decks – Highlights coming from our very own Leatherhead, a massive prodigy remix, and renegade master remix towards the beginning of their set, which got the club absolutely rocking!  Kry wolf also tore it up in the main club room, his upbeats house grooves really hit the spot and got the venue in the party spirit.  Matt Wilde, and MR Angelbreaks were the highlight to the Bar room, with the speakers also pointing out onto the street, all the goverment secret agents in MI6 accross the street would have been busting some shapes in their tuxes.. Add Rufus Thecock on facebook if you had your picture taken with Rufus the festival cock.

We at Fiasco are just planning our next Fiasco night, with July 10th pencilled in at the same venue once again.  We will update with news on this matter.  Join the facebook group for Leatherhead & Fiasco to stay in tune with regular updates.

Peace! Fiasco crew

Igloo Raves, cuban siblings, skidoos and smurfs.. A Leatherhead blog…

Well, back from Snowbombing. What a crazy week. We played at the Arctic disco on sunday night with Kissy sell out – this was an igloo at the top of the mountain packed to the icy roof with ravers. amazing set, definitely one of the most fun sets we have done. Then the rest of the week was just partying. The street party was incredible. All kinds of outfits – i saw smurfs, Osama bin laden, showers, policemen, plenty of neon – basically nothing surprised me. There was even one person dressed as an arcade machine. Anyway good times. By friday we had recovered, and played our 2nd set of the week at the Racket club. This was a wicked set aswell with some pretty crazy visuals, ranging from fire to sharks in the sea and space invaders. All in all a truly mental week, if you missed, make sure you get there next year. its worth it.

Anyway, heres some footage from Leatherhead in the Arctic Disco (igloo at the top of a mountain in Austria)
